One-on-one classes for Families & Early Childhood Centres
Gain personalized, one-on-one guidance through the pivotal first 1000 days of your child’s life, designed to support families, caregivers, and early childhood professionals. These sessions cover key topics from my group workshop series, focusing on physiological and respectful parenting practices, nutrition, play space design and much more!
Family Sessions (up to 2 parents/caregivers)
These sessions provide focused support to meet the unique needs of your family. Whether you’re navigating newborn care, developmental milestones, or nutrition, you can choose from a range of topics that suit your interests.
- Introductory Session: $125 per hour
- Follow-Up Sessions: $100 per hour
- Bundle Package: 5 sessions for $400
Early Childhood Centres & Other Care Professionals (no limit on attendees)
For early childhood centres, family daycare settings, kindergartens, or professionals such as child health nurses, physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, and more, I offer in-depth sessions to help implement physiological and respectful practices in your environment. These sessions cover topics like designing play spaces, respectful caregiving, and fostering long-term well-being for children.
- Introductory Session: $200 per hour
- Follow-Up Sessions: $175 per hour

How it Works
A minimum of 2 sessions is required. During the introductory session, we will discuss your specific concerns, interests, and goals. In the follow-up sessions, I will present a tailored plan to help address your needs, with the flexibility to choose the areas most relevant to you.
Sessions are available both in person at your home/centre (within 10km of Melville, WA at no extra charge; $10 for every additional 10km) or via video call for flexibility and convenience.
One-on-one sessions | FIRST 1000 DAYS OF YOUR CHILD | Families & Educators
We understand that life with little ones can be unpredictable, and things don't always go to plan. To ensure fairness and flexibility, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a session. This allows us to offer the spot to another family or rearrange our schedule.
However, as a respectful and family-centered organisation, we also recognise the unique challenges of parenthood. If something unexpected arises, please don’t hesitate to reach out and discuss it with us. We’re always here to support you and will do our best to accommodate your needs.
